Having just finished my dissertation, I couldn't imagine losing it all. TM-W backed it all up for me and then he showed me how to do it myself from now on. That means I'll never lose any of my work. It's such a relief.

Somehow my son had changed some of the settings on my computer. Everything was so small on the screen. It was really funny to see my computer seemingly working on it's own. TM-W took over my computer from their office and spoke to me on the phone to explain what he was doing.

I was really cheesed off. Some bloke came round last week and put an antivirus package on my computer and charged me £20. It turns out that its free on the internet. TM-W showed me how to sort out and find my own software. I'll call TM-W back, but not that other bloke.

I bought my children a new computer for Christmas this year and I wanted them to be able to use it on Christmas Day. I gave it to Kevin at TM-W and he set it all up for me with the children's user names and all the programmes I needed. It was a fantastic treat on Christmas morning.

I'm delighted that I have finally set the family settings on the computer. my daughter is on the computer in her room all the time and I've heard of some of the awful stuff on the interweb. I can now leave her and not worry. And it means I'm not running up and down the stairs all the time.

I had an old photo of my dad, but there was a big crease down the middle of it. Thanks to TM-W, Kevin took the crease out. The photo is as good as new. Clever isn't it? I don't knw how he did it, but I know it looks good.

We both wanted to be in the photograph outside the Sydney Opera House. So we each took a photo and Kevin merged the two. If any of my friends miss a party now, I can always add them in the photo later. he he.

I had trouble with my Home Computer and the kids couldn't do their homework. TM-W sorted it out really quickly. Homework got handed in on time and I've got a bit of peace again.
